【摘 要】目的：探讨综合护理干预对糖尿病患者的疗效。方法：78例糖尿病患者先后接受常规护理（39例，对照组）与常规护理（39例，干预组），评价两种护理方法的有效性。结果：干预组FBG、2 hPBG、HBA1c、TC、TG水平改善效果明显优于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论：对糖尿病患者不能仅限于常规护理，应加强综合护理干预，以提高临床治疗效果，提高患者的生活质量。

【Abstract】 Objective: To explore the effect of comprehensivenursing intervention on patients with diabetes mellitus. Methods: 78 cases ofdiabetic patients were accepted and treated in two groups. The routine nursing(39 cases, control group) and comprehensive nursing (39 cases, interventiongroup). The effectiveness of the two nursing methods was evaluated after thetreatment. Results: The FBG, 2hPBG, HBA1c, TC and TG levels in the intervention group weresignificantly better than those in the control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion: Diabetic patients cannot be limited toroutine care, integrated care intervention should be strengthened in order toimprove clinical outcomes and improve the quality of life of patients.
