【摘 要】目的：探析围绝经期症状与血脂水平、血清性激素之间的相关性。方法：选择250例女性为研究对象，将其分为四组，分别是育龄对照组（n=60）、围绝经期组（n=60）、绝经早期组（n=65）及绝经晚期组（n=65），分别对其进行睾酮（T）、血清雌二醇（E2）、三酰甘油（TG）、卵泡刺激素（FSH）及总胆固醇（TC）测定，调查绝经指数（KMI），比较各组的检测结果，并对其相关性进行分析。结果：相比较育龄对照组而言，围绝经期组、绝经早期组及绝经晚期组的T、E2水平下降明显，且FSH水平升高明显，比较差异显著（P＜0.05）；与育龄对照组比较，绝经晚期组、绝经早期组及围绝经期组的TG、TC水平升高明显，组间比较差异显著（P＜0.05）；同时，TC与KMI呈现出正比关系，则TG则与KMI呈现出反比关系。结论：睾酮和雌二醇在女性绝经后明显下降，而卵泡刺激素明显上升，并且血清雌二醇与绝经指数呈反比关系，加强围绝经期女性的血脂水平和血清性激素监测，有助于改善绝经症状，使女性生活质量提高。

【Abstract】 Objective:Toexplore the correlation of serum sex hormone, blood lipid level and thesymptoms of peri-menopause. Methods: 250 female cases were selected as researchobjects and divided into four groups: The childbearing age control group (n=60), peri menopause group (n=60), early menopause group (n=65) and post menopause group (n=65), Testosterone (T), serum estradiol(E2), triglyceride (TG), follicle stimulating hormone (FSH), and totalcholesterol (TC) detection were made respectively and menopausal index (KMI)was investigated, the detection results of four groups were compared and the correlationwas analyzed. Results:Compared withthe childbearing age control group, the T and E2 level of peri menopausegroup, early menopause group and post menopause group decreased significantlywhile FSH level increased significantly, the difference was statisticallysignificant (P<0.05); the TG andTC level of peri menopause group, early menopause group and post menopausegroup increased significantly, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05); meanwhile, TC was positivelyrelated to KMI while TG was negatively related to KMI. Conclusion:Testosterone and estradiol decreasedsignificantly in post menopause women while the follicle stimulating hormoneincreased significantly, serum estradiol was negatively related to KMI,therefore, strengthening the monitoring of the blood lipid level and serum sexhormone levels in the peri menopausal women helped to relieve the menopausalsymptoms and improve the quality of women life.
