【摘 要】目的:观察星蒌承气汤对大鼠血SOD、MDA的影响。方法:SD大鼠随机分为假手术组、病症结合组和治疗组,通过自体粪便灌胃法和改良线栓法复制痰热腑实证缺血中风大鼠模型,分别测定各组大鼠血SOD、MDA的含量。结果:与假手术组相比,病证结合组大鼠血MDA明显升高,SOD明显降低。治疗组与病证结合组相比较,SOD水平升高,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01),MDA水平降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:星蒌承气汤可提高大鼠血SOD含量,降低MDA含量,从而对大鼠脑缺血再灌注有保护作用。

【Abstract】Objective: To observe theeffect of Xinglou Chengqi Decoction onthe level of SOD and MDA of the stroke rat. Methods: SD ratswere randomly divided into sham operation group, combination group andtreatment group, the stroke rat models of phlegm heat excess syndrome wereestablished by feeding them of its stool and improving thread bolt method. SODand MDA content in blood of rats in three groups were measured respectively.Results: Compared with that of the sham operation group, blood MDA of rats inthe combination group increased significantly and blood SOD decreasedsignificantly. Compared with that of the combination group, blood SOD of thetreatment group increased, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.01), blood MDA decreased, the difference was statisticallysignificant (P<0.01).Conclusion: XinglouChengqi Decoction could improve the blood SOD content of rats and decrease MDAcontent, which in turn had protective effect on cerebral ischemia reperfusioninjury in rats.
