【摘 要】目的：观察分析耳穴压豆配合中药穴位贴敷治疗原发性痛经的临床效果。方法：选取我院2015年10月—2016年2月收治的90例原发性痛经患者，随机数字表法分为A组（n=30）、B组（n=30）、C组（n=30），A组给予耳穴压豆配合中药外敷治疗，B组给予耳穴压豆治疗，C组给予中药外敷治疗，科学评估三组患者临床治疗效果。结果：A组患者治疗有效率较B、C组显著提高（P＜0.05）。结论：针对原发性痛经患者，耳穴压豆配合中药外敷治疗，可明显缓解痛经症状，疗效安全显著，值得临床推广应用。

【Abstract】Objective: To observe and analyze the clinical effectsof ear acupoint bean pressing therapy combined with acupoint sticking therapyin the treatment of primary dysmenorrhea. Methods:90 patients with primary dysmenorrheal, who accepted treatment inour hospital from October 2015 to February 2016, were selected and randomLydivided into the group A (n=30), groupB (n=30) and group C (n=30). Group A were treated with the earacupoint bean pressing therapy combined with acupoint sticking therapy while ingroup B were treated with the ear acupoint bean pressing therapy and group Cwere treated with the acupoint sticking therapy. The clinical treatment effectof three groups of patients was scientifically evaluated. Results: Theeffective rate of group A was higher than that of group B and group C (P<0.05). Conclusion:For patients with primarydysmenorrhea, the ear acupoint bean pressing therapy combined with acupointsticking therapy could significantly alleviate the symptoms of dysmenorrhea,and the curative effect was safe and significant, and it should be promoted inthe clinical application.
